Mary Walsh ("Hatching, Matching & Dispatching", "Mambo Italiano") and Andy Jones ("CODCO") co-star in this six-part raucous sitcom set in a dilapidated hockey arena in St. John's, Newfoundland. Canteen queen Marilyn (Walsh) and rink manager Eddie (Jones) prepare to take over the arena after the death of owner Frank Dooley—until Frank's estranged daughter Skye (Nicole de Boer) arrives from Lotusland, armed with vials of aromatherapy and West Coast management ideas.

 

The show's cast also included Andrew Younghusband as the possibly crazy zamboni driver Tracy, Ron Hynes as Johnny Shea, and Ken Campbell as Professor Pickney.
